The exercises that are taught during our workshops, individual sessions and tutoring are based on Energy Medicine principles as taught by Donna Eden and on Traditional Chinese Medicine.
The principles of Energy Medicine are that energies (electromagnetic and other energies) form the dynamic structure of the physical body. In order to maintain good health, balance and overcome stresses or negative patterns the body energies need to:
- move without any blockages
- move in specific patternsĀ
- cross overĀ
- maintain a balance with other energies
Imbalances and blockages can be assessed by kinesiology testing.
Flow, balance and harmony can be restored and maintained by easy to learn exercises or postures. People gain tools that they can use in everyday life for a more productive, healthier and happier life
